2. Self-Awareness
Self-awareness involves recognizing one's emotions, strengths, weaknesses, and their impact on others. It is a foundation for personal growth and effective leadership.
Accomplishments:

- Emotional Regulation: I have maintained composure and made rational decisions during high-pressure situations, such as tight project deadlines. This has earned me recognition from my manager for my ability to stay focused and deliver results.
3. Social Skills
Social skills are crucial for effective communication, relationship building, and conflict management. They enable leaders to inspire and motivate their teams.
Accomplishments:
- Effective Communication: I have delivered several presentations and reports that clearly articulated complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. My ability to communicate effectively has facilitated better decision-making processes.
